Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner Submits that the Petitioner iS arraigned as Accused No.2 in Crime No.1O9 of 2025, on the file of Tadepalli police station, Guntur District, for the alleged offence under Sections 126(2), 137(2),109(1 ), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS. 3. lt is submitted that the petitioner is also a minor aged about 17 years. lt is claimed by the petitioner that the petitioner is minor. However, no proof of birth is filed. l{ is also submitted± that Accused Nos.5 and 6 have filed crl.p.No.3078 of 2025 and this Court granted bail before arrest on 01.04-2025- 4. Considering the submission that the present petitioner is on par with the other accused Nos.5 and 6, this Court is inclined to consider the petition. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner/Accused No.2 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer concerned within two (02) weeks from today and on such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum 'to the satisfaction of the arresting polio,e officials and also on condit'lon that the petitioner shall make himself available for investigation as land when required and that they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses.
