In the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking direction upon the respondents to handover the physical and actual possession of Quarter bearing TRT No. 02 situated at Block-M, Muthi Camp, Jammu which has been allotted to the petitioner vide Order bearing No. RRCM/Allot/2021/92-96 issued by respondent No. 2 on 28.01.2021 2. It is stated that the petitioner is a registered migrant who originally hails from Village Pinjura, Tehsil and District Shopian, Kashmir and has been residing at District Jammu since last almost four decades. It is further stated that the petitioner had applied for the allotment of a quarter on 19.04.2011, the same was allotted to him on 28.01.2021 vide Order bearing No. RRCM/Allot/2021/92-96. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite allotment made in the year 2021, possession of the quarter has not been handed over to the petitioner till date. Learned counsel further states that the petitioner Serial No. 13 2 WP(C) No. 81/2025 would be satisfied in the event the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2, to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 30.12.2024 within a reasonable period of time. 4. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date copy of this order along with writ petition with Annexures are served upon him. 5.
