HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5289 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expedition of a suit filed in the year 2024. 3. Having considered the aforesaid prayer, as well as the extracts of the order sheet brought on record, this Court does not find any accentuating circumstances to warrant its intervention at this stage. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the court concerned, which shall be considered and disposed of by the said court in accordance with law. 4. It is further made clear that the mere dismissal of this petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner, in case any cause of action arises in the future to seek expedition of the suit of the year 2024.
