Petitioner has challenged order dated 05.09.2024 passed by Registrar, Cooperative Societies. Record reveals that petitioner has preferred an appeal against the said order, which is pending before Cooperative Tribunal and is numbered as Appeal No. 01 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite order dated 06.03.2025 passed in WPMS No. 687 of 2025, Cooperative Tribunal has not decided the appeal within the stipulated time. He submits that State Government is seeking one adjournment after another just in order to linger on the matter and petitioner is suffering on account of adjournment sought by State. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appeal is being adjourned on every date, and lastly, it was adjourned on 24.10.2025 fixing 27.11.2025. 6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Cooperative Tribunal to hear the appeal filed by petitioner on day-to-day basis and decide the same, as per law, within 2025:UHC:10208 four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
