The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "I. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing to O.P. No. 2 i.e. Registrar, Chhatrapati Shahu ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, to give petitioner average marks in Administrative Law (Theory) (01) of L.L.B.- III or to permit petitioner to appear in ensuing/ next Back Paper Examination of Administrative Law (Theory) (01) of L.L.B. III. II. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing to O.P. No. 2 i.e. Registrar, Chhatrapati Shahu ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, to consider and decide the representation of petitioner dated 11.8.2025, vide Annexure No.4 of the Writ Petition." 3. It is argued that the petitioner has made a representation before the respondent no.2 which is pending consideration. 4. Considering the fact that the matter is already pending consideration before the respondent no.2, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondent no.2 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner with all expedition preferably within a period of four weeks.
