The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khelari P.S. Case No. 114/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 308(5), 326(g) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Gautam Gobinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. On 22.12.2024 at about 2:30 P.M., the named accused Alok Jee and other persons are alleged to have fired near Nirmal Mahto Chowk, Khelari to enforce demand of rangdari from hywa drivers. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2025. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Gautam Gobinda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi or his successor in connection with Khelari P.S.
