The present petition has been filed with following prayer: "To issue an order or direction commanding the learned Civil Judge (SD Lko), Lucknow (Opposite Party No. 1), to decide the pending application for Injunction bearing paper no. C-6, filed in the suit for Declaration and Mandatory Injunction titled 'Rajiv Singh vs. Ram Govind Tripathi & others', Regular Suit 1515 of 2025, which is still pending in the court of Civil Judge (SD Lko), Lucknow, as expeditiously as possible, in the interest of Justice." 2. Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to decide the pending application for injunction bearing paper no. C-6, filed in Regular Suit No. 1515 of 2025, expeditiously in accordance with law and preferably within a period of four weeks. 3.
