Heard Sri Krishna Lal Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA for the State. By means of the instant application, the applicant has prayed the following relief:- "To set aside the impugned NBW-arrest warrant order dated 19.09.2024 passed by learned Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Gonda in Criminal Misc. Case No. 17 of 2021 under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. at Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda." Considered the fact that the order dated 23.01.2020 passed by Additional Principal Judge in Suit No. 136 of 2016, (Sweety and othes Vs. Bharat) has not been challenged and only consequential order, i.e., the arrest warrant dated 19.09.2024 has been challenged before this Court by means of the instant application as also the fact that on account of financial crunch, the application for recovery of amount, i.e., Rs.36,000/- was moved by the opposite party no. 2, which at present comes to around Rs.84,000/- . Upon due consideration of the aforesaid, this Court finds that no interference in the matter is required. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed.
