Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Trained (JBT) Teacher at Government Primary School Nandher, District Kangra. Her case is that she has preferred several representations (Annexure P-3 Colly.) to respondent No.2/ competent authority seeking transfer on the ground that she is suffering from locomotor disability and the place 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 where she is posted, requires covering distance on foot. Her grievance is that the aforesaid representations have not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner (Annexure P-3 Colly.) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today.
