Although the applications for restoration and condonation of delay are not very happily worded insofar as the explanation is concerned, the explanation for the delay primarily pertains to the non-availability of the learned Advocate conducing the matters for the petitioners at the relevant juncture. 3. Upon hearing the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that sufficient reasons have been made out for the absence of the petitioners on the relevant date as well as the delay, if any, occasioned in respect of filing the restoration applications. 4. Accordingly, the condonation applications, bearing CAN 2 of 2025 in all the above writ petitions, are allowed, thereby condoning the delay in preferring the respective restoration applications, bearing CAN 1 of 2025. 5. There will be no order as to costs. 6. CAN 1 of 2025 in connection with all the above writ petitions are also allowed, thereby restoring the said writ petitions, bearing WPLRT 40 of 2022, WPLRT 41 of 2022, WPLRT 42 of 2022, WPLRT 43 of 2022, WPLRT 44 of 2022, WPLRT 45 of 2022, WPLRT 46 of 4 2022, WPLRT 47 of 2022 and WPLRT 48 of 2022, to their original files and numbers. 7. There will be no order as to costs. 8.
