The writ petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for release of pending fees for conducting cases on behalf of the respondent, which is the Registrar of Companies. 2. In the course of the proceedings, the admissible payments payable to the writ petitioner has since been processed and certain amounts i.e. ₹1,54,680/- has already be paid. 3. Mr. R.Debnath, learned CGC appearing for the respondents, has produced a communication dated 22-10-2025, before this Court which shows that 08 Nos. of bills submitted by the writ petitioner have been processed and forwarded for payment subject to availability of funds as per the budget. He submits that as the Department is seized with the matter, the writ petition may be closed as the due amounts of the writ petitioner will be released in due course of time. 2025:MLHC:1002 3 4. Mr. B.Deb, learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the receipt of ₹1,54,680/-, but submits that the other amounts are yet to be received. 5. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the communication dated 22-10-2025, it is noted that the grievance of the writ petitioner has received due consideration by the respondents and the payments as due are being processed. In this view of the matter, the instant writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents that the dues as admissible be cleared as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. 6.
