Learned counsel for parties submit that this writ petition is rendered infructuous in view of order dated 23.02.2026 issued by Dental Council of India whereby relaxation for a further period of two years has been afforded to BDS students who were admitted in the year 2015-2016 and are currently in final year of BDS course or in the internship year only.
Photocopy of order dated 23.02.2026 furnished in Court today is taken on record subject to just exceptions as Annexure A.
