Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Shri Patanjali Chaturvedi, Advocate who files vakalatnama on behalf of the respondents. 2. With the consent of the parties, the matter is being decided finally. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that against the punishment order dated 13.06.2022 he has filed an appeal dated 04.07.2022 which is pending for consideration before the appellate authority. He prays that a direction be issued to the respondents to decide the appeal in a fixed time frame in accordance with law under relevant rules to which Shri Patanjali Chaturvedi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection. 4. Considering the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the appellate authority to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law under relevant rules within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim set forth by the petitioner.
