PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) 2 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 3105/2020 ORDER: The instant petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., has been filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 14, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against them in Crime No.267 of 2020 of Ongole Taluka Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467 & 471 of IPC. 2. Heard Sri A.Giridhar Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 14 and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since charge sheet is not filed in this matter, even after five years, there may be a direction to the Police to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5.
