He submits that juniors to petitioner were promoted as Lecturer in 2013 and even in subsequent years, however petitioner’s claim for promotion is not being considered. Prayer no. 2 made in the writ petition is to direct the competent authority to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 28.6.2023 and 17.7.2023. (3) Having regard to the submission made by learned Counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Director, Secondary Education to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 28.6.2023, as per law, within six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
