HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 9898 of 2025 Court No. - 4 HON'BLE ABDUL MOIN, J. 1. Heard. 2. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that all the petitioners were terminated in the year 2010. They have approached this Court after 15 years without raising a challenge to the termination orders and praying for their reinstatement. 3. No reason emerges from a perusal of the writ petition as to why the petitioners have approached this Court after a period of about 15 years, although it has been indicated that the petitioners have been repeatedly submitting representations for the redressal of their grievances. 4. The Hon'ble Supreme Court, in the case of Naresh Kumar vs. Department of Atomic Energy, (2010) 7 SCC 525, has held that repeated representations made by an employee would neither explain the delay nor extend the period of limitation. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of laches.
