GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 5th and 6th respondents in calling the petitioner to II Town Police Station, Narasaraopeta, Guntur District for settling the civil disputes between petitioner and 7th and 8th respondents is illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to install CCTVs at II Town Police Station, Narasaraopeta, Guntur District as per the Hon’ble Supreme Court in D.K.Basu vs State of West Bengal and Ors (2015) 8 SCC 744.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not calling the Petitioner to the Police Station and not interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.7 and 8. 3. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.7 and 8.
