Heard Sri Praveen Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Arun Verma, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party No. 4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioner has assailed the impugned FIR bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0366 of 2025 under Sections 137(2), 352, 351(3), 70(2), 69, 88 B.N.S. and 5(G)J(ii)/6 POCSO Act registered at Police Station Motipur, District Bahraich. 4. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that he may be given liberty to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law and direction may be issued to decide the same with expedition. 5. Therefore, without entering into the merits of the issue and considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of finally at the admission stage giving liberty to the petitioner to file anticipatory bail application before the Court of Sessions within a period of two weeks taking all pleas and grounds which are available to him and if such anticipatory bail application is filed, the same shall be heard and disposed of with expedition on merits, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
