By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of a case bearing No.1000/2019, which is pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Room No.15, District Sultanpur. 3. It is urged that several dates have been fixed, but till the date, the aforesaid case has not been considered. Consequently, an expedite order be passed. 4. Having considered the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and to pass an expedite order relating to a suit of the year 2019, which is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned. In case, such an application is moved needless to say, it shall consider and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
