The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus for commanding to the Respondent No. 3 to decide the application along with affidavits & other documents for cancellation of two lists of executive-committee registered in same year 2021 by which some outsiders have captured the society-Chaudhary Charan Singh Smarak Samiti, Address- Village Dilavar Nagar, Post Malihabad, District Lucknow submitted on 21.07.2025 in the office of Respondent no.3, within stipulated time, in the interest of justice, the application along with affidavits & other documents for cancellation of two lists of executive-committee registered in same year 2021 by which some outsiders have captured the society is being annexed herewith as Annexure no.08 of this writ petition." It is informed by the learned Standing Counsel that the proceedings are continuing before the Deputy Registrar. Without going into the merits of the contention, the petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an application, if so desired before the respondent no. 3, who shall consider the application in accordance with law and shall take necessary steps. In addition to the application already filed, the petitioner would also be entitled to file a fresh application.
