The present petition has been preferred for grant of the following relief(s):- “For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, for commanding the respondent authorities to due discharge his official duties in the light of order dated 19.09.2015 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Bhojpur, Ara Patna High Court CWJC No.12099 of 2016(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 whereby and whereunder the learned Sub Divisional Officer issued direction to the Circle Officer, Sadar, Ara for fixation of pile peeler and capping beam in the land of the petitioner which was 13 decimal bearing khata no. 16, kheshara no. 331 area about 13 decimal situated in mauza:Amarpur Marvatiya, thana no. 328 under Bhojpur district and/or any other order/orders, direction/directions in the light of factual profile of the case in the interest of Justice.” 3.
