Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Non-Medical) at GMSSS Mehla, District Chamba. Her grievance is that on completion of nine and a half years of service at the present place of posting, she preferred a representation on 28.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2/competent authority for transfer to a station of her

choice, highlighting not only her long tenure at the present place, but also the difficulties being faced by her family, more particularly, her specially-abled child, but the same has not been decided till date.

Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 28.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
