This petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned FIR dated 15.11.2024 bearing No.698 of 2024 under Section 115(2), 191(2), 74 of B.N.S. registered at Police Station Madiaon, District Lucknow lodged by opposite party no.4, in the interest of justice. (contained as Annexure no.1 to this writ petition). II. issue such other order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the circumstances of the case in the favour of the petitioner, and III. award the costs of the writ petition in favour of the petitioners." Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions submits that the charge sheet under Section 115(2)/191(2)/351(2)352 BNS dated 22.04.2025 has been filed in the concerned court and as per instructions received today the cognizance has been taken by the concerned court. Which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of above, this petition has rendered infructuous.
