Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "To issue a writ of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties No.1 to 5 to take the necessary actions against the opposite party no.6 to 10 for removal of the illegal encroachment over the Gram Sabha land Khasra No./Gata No.359 area 0.0570 Hect. recorded as Naveen Parti land in the relevant revenue record situated at Village Panchayat Madhwapur, Pargana- Manikpur, Tehsil Kunda, District- Pratapgarh and also to take necessary actions against them for their illegal encroachment." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, states that the proceedings under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have already been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, it is directed that the pending proceedings shall be concluded in accordance with law. 5. The writ petition stands disposed off with the said observations.
