Since the respondents were directed to furnish instructions showing the bifurcation of the payments made pursuant to the claim of the petitioner, they have submitted written instructions dated 14.08.2025, wherein the bifurcation provided consists of statutory deductions, i.e., FSD, IT, Cess, Seigniorage Charges, NAC, CGST and SGST, amounting to Rs.6,35,864/-. After deducting the same, the entire balance amount was paid to the petitioner. Therefore, the orders of this Court stand complied with. 4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
