From the perusal of order sheet is noticed that the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court by means of order dated 23.09.2024, and protection was granted to the applicant during the process of mediation. Before the Mediation Center, the parties participated in the mediation process, but no settlement agreement could be arrived at between the parties and a report to this effect of Mediation Center dated 22.01.2025, is available on record. 3. It is also noticed that on previous date also no one had appeared on behalf of applicant. It seems that the applicant has lost interest in the present case and does not want to pursue the matter any further. 4.
