HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 7183 of 2025 Court No. - 14 HON'BLE SHREE PRAKASH SINGH, J. Sri Gyanendra Mishra, Advocate, has put in appearance by way of filing Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no. 2 and the same is taken on record. It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the State that the compromise has been entered into between the complainant and the accused and the person, who had received serious injuries over his head, is not arrayed as a party in the compromise deed and even he has also not been arrayed as a party in the present application. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant application with liberty to approach this court by way of moving a fresh application alongwith the compromise deed, where all the parties participated in the compromise. Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties have no objection to the contentions aforesaid. In view of aforesaid submissions, the instant application is hereby dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as sought above. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the orders, if any, to the learned counsel for the applicants forthwith.
