Heard learned counsel for the applicants and perused the record. 2. The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow to decide Criminal Case No.94C/2011 (Smt. Shahjahan and others Vs. Siraj Ahmad) U/s 125(3) CrPC, Police Station Thakurganj, District Lucknow, within the stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the applicant no.1 is wife of the opposite party and the applicant no. 2 is his daughter. He further submits that the applicants had preferred an application U/s 125 CrPC and interim maintenance was granted vide order dated 13.06.2011 and thereafter on 16.07.2011 an application U/s 125(3) CrPC was preferred for recovery of arrears of maintenance allowance, which has not yet been decided even after passing of more than 14 years. 4. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the learned Family Court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. 5. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the learned Family Court is directed to consider and decide Criminal Case No.94C/2011 (Smt. Shahjahan and others Vs. Siraj Ahmad); with expedition, in accordance with law, considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court time to time. 7.
