Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. For the order proposed to be passed, the issuance of notice to the opposite party no. 4 is dispensed with. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that due to inadvertence the original copy of the compromise deed has been wrongly enclosed with the present petition whereas the parties of the compromise are different from the parties against whom the allegations have been levelled. Therefore, he has requested that he may be permitted not to press this petition at this stage with liberty to file the same afresh. 4. The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as prayed. 5. Office is directed to return the original compromise deed to the petitioner after retaining a photocopy of the same on record.
