This application has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 praying for transfer of F.C. (Civil) Case No.319/2025 pending in Page No.# 2/2 the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati to the Court of the learned District Judge, Bajali at Pathsala. 3. Ms. Intaz has fairly submitted that she has no objection if the case is transferred to the Court of the learned District Judge, Bajali, Pathsala. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. The prayer of the petitioner is allowed. 6. The F.C. (Civil) Case No.319/2025 pending in the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati shall be transferred to the Court of the learned District Judge, Bajali at Pathsala.
