No. 324 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 111(3), 111(4), 308(4), 308(5), 61(2)(b) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25(1-B) (a)/26/35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. On 01.02.2025, Balumath Police received confidential information that extremists had assembled at Jogiyadih and were planning to extract levy. On seeing the policy party, accused persons started fleeing away. Petitioner was apprehended at the spot. On search, two magazines containing three live cartridges each were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 5.
