No.851/2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR bearing Crime No. 59/2023 dated 29.01.2023 registered at Police Station, Kharora, District Raipur, for the offences under Section 450 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code (for short, the IPC) and in Cr.M.P. No. 855/2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR bearing Crime No. 57/2023, dated 29.01.2023 registered at Police Station, Kharora, District Raipur, for the offences under Sections 457 and 427 of the IPC. 3. IA No. 1 of 2025 {Cr.M.P. No.851/2023} and I.A. No. 2 of 2025 {Cr.M.P. No. 855/2023} has been filed seeking permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions on the ground that since final report has been 3 filed in both these cases, the petitioner may be permitted to challenge the same before the appropriate forum. 4. Learned counsel for other side has no objection. 5. In view of the above, the aforesaid IAs are allowed and both these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum, if they are so aggrieved by filing of the final report by the police.
