The present petition has been filed with following prayers: "i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties Nos.2 to 4 to get removed the encroachment created by opposite party No.6 to 8 over the land Gata No.1369 recorded as Primary Pathshala, Gata No.310 & 422 recorded as Pond, Gata No.731 recorded as Chak-Marg and Gata No.502 recorded as Agricultural Banjar, in the revenue records, situated in Village Indariya, Pargana Jagdishpur, Tehsil Musafirkhana, District Amethi, in accordance with law, within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 2. The learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions states that an order has already been passed under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 and a notice has been served. The said instructions are taken on record. 3. In view of the above, no further directions, as prayed, can be granted. 4. With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
