HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 9729 of 2025 Court No. - 8 HON'BLE MANISH MATHUR, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2.Petition has been filed seeking following prayer:- i. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to permit the petitioner's Children to reside in Room No. H.C.07, Reserve Police Lines, Bahraich up to the ending of the Academic Session, 2025-26, since his children are studying at Bahraich and the petitioner has been transferred from Bahraich to Shravasti, and ii. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in regard of the permission to the petitioner's family to reside in aforesaid Govt, Quarter up to the ending of the Academic Session, 2025-26. 3. Since petitioner's grievance would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation within a period of three days before opposite party no.2. i.e. Superintendent of Police (S.P) Bahraich who shall consider and decide the same within a period of ten days on submission of certified copy of this order. 4. It is directed that till decision of the petitioner's representation, he shall not be compel to vacate the Room No. H.C.07 in Reserve Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Naveen Chandra Upadhyay Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
