The prosecution set out in the FIR is that the applicants stormed the house of the first informant and dragged her out and thereafter they assaulted and abused the victim. When the victim raised a hue and cry the applicants made good escape. The prosecution case in the FIR is also supported by statements of the victim and eye witnesses.
