Let the matter pertaining to gratuity be considered by the respondent no. 3 in accordance with law and the relevant rules. 4. Let such consideration be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case as set forth by the petitioner. 6.
