The applicant has prayed for quashment of the impugned order dated 03.09.2024 and the proceedings in S.T. No.912/2015 (State v. Firoz) arises out of FIR bearing Crime No.71/2015 under Sections 354A, 452, 323 IPC and Section 7/8 of the POCSO Act registered at Police Station-Banthara, District-Lucknow. The applicant has also challenged the non-bailable warrant issued on 03.09.2024 by the learned trial court. It is evident that on one hand the applicant is not cooperating with the trial proceedings, and on the other he is seeking quashment of the trial on the footing that the same has not been concluded even after one decade.
