JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 30/04/2025 1. The matter comes up on application (IA No.01/24) seeking correction/modification in the order dated 21.05.2024 passed by this Court. 2. In the aforementioned order, on account of an inadvertent typographical error, it has been mentioned that a demand draft of (2 of 2) [CRLMA-200/2024] Rs.10,00,000/- (Ten Lakh Rupees) has already been annexed with the suit but as a matter of fact, the demand draft of Rs.35,00,000/- has been annexed with the suit. He thus, prays for correction in the order dated 21.05.2024 to this effect. 3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. In order dated 21.05.2024, the amount of demand draft i.e. Rs.10,00,000/- be replaced with and read as Rs.35,00,000/-. 4. This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 21.05.2024.
