The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chaibasa Sadar P.S. Case No. 29/2025 for the offences registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of Indian Penal Code. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the FIR has been maliciously lodged in order to get away from the rigors of recovery of loan amount which was availed by the informant and thereafter not repaid. He lastly submits that the petitioner is a senior most officer of the bank having worked for last 33 years without any adverse remark against him and he has no criminal antecedent. 4. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against this petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and the learned court below on his surrender shall release him on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chaibasa in connection with Chaibasa Sadar P.S. Case No. 29/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation/trial and if the petitioner will not cooperate in the investigation/trial, the State would be at liberty to take appropriate action.
