However, despite various opportunities, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased petitioner. 2. Today, none has appeared to pursue the case on behalf of the petitioner, despite repeated calls. Therefore, it appears that the legal representatives of the deceased-petitioner are not interested to pursue the present petition, hence, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
