Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State Respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the opposite parties to take action against the private respondents no.6 to 10 and prevent to respondents no.6 to 10, that they are not create hindrance on the private land of 173 situated at village Lalpur Kanhari, tahsil Bilgram, district, Hardoi, in the interest of justice." 3. It appears that the respondents no.6 to 10 are private persons residing in the same village and they are encroaching upon the land of the petitioner. The petitioner has already moved an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bilgram, Hardoi on 17.07.2025, which is registered as Computerized Case No. T202510330310281 and has also moved an application for interim protection in the said case on 24.07.2025. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Bilgram, Hardoi to decide the application for interim protection moved by the petitioner on 24.07.2025 on the next date fixed in the matter.
