Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as Accused No.3 in Crime No.154 of 2022, on the file of Paderu Police Station, AIIuri Sitharama Raju District, for the alleged offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) r/w 8(c), 25 of NDPS Act. lt is submitted that the police . have completed investigation and filed charge sheet and it is yet to be taken on file. 3. Considering the submission that the charge sheet is already filed and also taking into consideration the Judgment of HonJble Supreme Court in the matter of S,-c/ctharfh v, Sfafe of Uffar Prac'esh in Criminal Appeal No.838 of 2021, `wherein the Supreme Court has held that once charge sheet is filed, the accused would be entitled for anticipatory bail. 4. Considering the law laid down by the HonJble Supreme Court, the Petitioner Shall Surrender before the Metropolitan sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam and furnish a personal bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties for like sum to the satisfaction of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam and the learned Sessions Judge shall impose conditions as required for the purpose of trial. 5.
