It is evident from the written instructions that Charge Sheet No.636A/2023 dated 24.2.2025 has been submitted before the Court, on which, cognizance has been taken on 1.5.2025, therefore, the present Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Piyush Shrivastava, Ajay Kumar Ojha Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
