Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to take cognizance of and give fair consideration to evidence required by witnesses produced on behalf of petitioner on 20.03.2025 and for treating his representation dated 30.04.2025 prior to conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings. 3. It has been submitted that after submission of inquiry report, in terms of proceedings under Section 9 (4) of the U.P. Government Servant (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999, petitioner has already submitted his representation dated 30.04.2025, which the opposite parties deny receiving. 4. It is submitted upon instructions that the said representation may be treated as the final representation annexed as annexure-15 to the writ petition may be treated as the final reply of petitioner to the show cause notice. 5. Since the aforesaid representation dated 30.04.2025 is already on record as annexure-15, the opposite parties are directed to treat the same as final reply of petitioner to the show cause notice under Rule 9 (4) of the Rules of 1999 and to pass final orders in consideration, if final decision has not already been taken. 6.
