Mr. Hirdaya Ram, Advocate, for respondent No.4. __________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral): While placing on record communication dated 03.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that pursuant to mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, authorities concerned after having afforded opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, disposes of the representation, in terms of
order dated 23.05.2025, passed in CWP No.8577 of 2025.

Careful perusal of aforesaid communication as well as office order dated 02.07.2025, which are taken on record, reveals that petitioner herein has been adjusted at GCPS Bholona E/B Sangrah, District Sirmaur and respondent No.4 has been transferred from GCPS 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 Bhalona E/B Sangrah to GCPS Gehal E/B Sangrah, District Sirmaur, as per request, vide office order dated 02.07.2025.
3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is closed. Notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged.
4. Needless to say, representation, if any, filed by the petitioner for regularization of period for which he remained absent on account of pendency of case shall be considered sympathetically, taking note of the fact that despite there being stay granted by this Court, Principal of the School concerned relieved the petitioner from back date.
