DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE 02. 28.04.2025 Dr.YLR, J The criminal revision case has been filed challenging the order dated 15.09.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.28 of 2014 in M.C.No.28 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judge Family Court-Cum- VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge at Mahabubnagar taking the petitioner herein into custody and ordering to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of one year. The petitioner’s husband is a resident of Thirumalagiri, Secunderabad. The 2nd respondent’s wife is a resident of Mahabubnagar so also respondents No.3, 4 and 5. The cause of action in the case arose in the State of Telangana, therefore, this criminal revision case has to be heard and disposed of by the High Court of Telangana on point of jurisdiction.
