Learned counsel for the petitioners says that the petitioners are all employees of the Uttar Pradesh Sindhi Academy 4. The Academy, vide its letter dated 08.11.2023, a copy of which is annexure-6 to the petition, has made a recommendation for grant of the New Pension Scheme and other benefits, yet the said recommendation is still pending for consideration before the respondent No.1. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to take a decision in the matter in terms of the letter dated 08.11.2023 sent by the Academy.
