However in para 10 and 11 of the order in place of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, District Raipur Chhattisgarh, Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kota, District Raipur Chhattisgarh has been inadvertently typed. Hence she prays for allow the present criminal miscellaneous petition and direct to correct the name from Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kota, District Raipur Chhattisgarh to Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur District Raipur Chhattisgarh. 4) On perusal of the order dated 21.03.2025 passed by this court in CrMP No. 691 of 2025 this court finds that in para 10 and 11 of the said order instead of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, district Raipur, Chhattisgarh, Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kota, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh has been inadvertently typed. Also in para 01 of the same order, in place of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh, Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kora, Raipur, has been wrongly typed. 5) Consequently, modify in the impugned order as “ Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur District Raipur in place of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kota, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh in para 1, 10 and 11 of the order dated 21.03.2025 passed in CrMP 691 of 2025.
