The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn after argu- ing for sometime on 13.11.2024 in MCRC No.6550 of 2024. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is in jail since 08.04.2024 and till date only two witnesses have been examined and therefore he has filed this second bail application considering delay in trial. On the other hand, the counsel for the State opposes 2 the bail application. Having considered the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, further considering that first bail ap- plication of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn on 13.11.2024 and thereafter no change of circumstances has been pointed out by the counsel for the applicant to enter- tain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is dis- missed. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 08.04.2024, the trial court is directed to expedite trial of the case.
