Also heard Mr. D.P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Missamari P.S. Case No. 51/2025, under Sections 85/118(1)/109(1)/61(2)/55 of BNS, 2023. 3. Vide order dated 22.07.2025, this Court granted interim pre- arrest bail to the petitioner with certain conditions and it is submitted that pursuant thereof, he appeared before the I.O and his statement was recorded. 4. The case diary has not been yet received. 5. Mr. D.P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that case has been charge-sheeted pursuant to completion of investigation. 6. In the said circumstances, the interim bail granted vide order dated 22.07.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioner shall be available for trial, if one commences and shall otherwise cooperate with the process of law ; Page No.# 3/3 ii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 7.
